Northern indian food is widely popular in different countries too. The flavours of Indian food are simply irresistible and the demand for Indian food has spread across all over 6 inhabited continents. It is quite amusing that how Indian cuisine is adapted and modified across the world’s continents.Indian cooking has grown in popularity during the last few years as there are There are many chefs working hard today to raise the standard of Indian food and in introducing quality Indian food to communities, cities and countries all over the world.

India is very famous for its rich heritage, culture and its myriad variety of cuisines. India being blessed with so many different cultures, you will come to know all kinds of food here that is popular not just within the country but beyond too. The taste and flavors of India has traveled all across the globe. Indian food has managed to satiate global taste buds too, which is something to be proud of. Some of our dishes have gained immense popularity in countries like UK, USA and also Middle East.North Indian food is often what many people would think of as just Indian food.

It’s the North Indian curries that are often found outside of India in Western restaurants (but don’t forget about South Indian food either – it’s equally as delicious, but different).Every part of India has a different taste. You can’t just pick up any of them above or below. Each and every India cuisine taste fabulous.

In the above picture I’ve clicked is my day meal consist of mostly northern indian dishes chole, puri, Kadhi, Jeera rice, dahi bada, besan laddoo, green mint chutney, and mango.

Chole puri

At its core, chole puri is a combination of two dishes: chole - a spicy chickpea curry, and Puri’s.Mostly Chole are combined with bhature but at some festive occasions Chole is served best with puri. It is commonly accompanied by onions, pickles, mint chutney, and chilled lassi.

Kadhi with jeera rice

One theory about the origins of kadhi to dairy-rich, grain-based Rajasthan, where buttermilk and yogurt often make up for the scarcity of water, and chickpea is used extensively. But the regular Northindian kadhi is made up of yogurt and gram flour. And soft gram flour fritters are dipped into it. In India we used to have kadhi with Jeera rice .

Dahi bada

Dahi vada is a popular Indian snack where a fried vada is served with curd/yogurt. It complement any meal of the day.

Besan laddoo

One of my favorite sweet dish. Bedan laddoo are often served at festive or religious occasions Besan laddu is a popular Indian sweet dish made of gram flour (Besan), ghee ,sugar and dry fruits like raisins, cashews and etc.
